Order was very efficient, package arrived in a timely fashion, and I'm sleeping like a baby. My upper cervical spine and bilateral numeral head osteoarthritis seem to be less painful and can't wait to see my CPAP Pulmonologist to see if my sleep apnea(failed sleep study) has improved since I wasn't aware of any symptoms while sleeping. I'm a widower so I don't know if I snore @ night as classical symptom. I only recall my wife waking me up telling me I was snoring on 2 occasions in our 50 yrs of marriage.

the pillow fits our neck very well - even when we turn. I wear a C-PAP every night, and my wife wears an oxygen thing in her nose every night - we can turn and our breathing is not affected.
