It was an adjustment the first evening and after that i absolutely noticed a lighter feeling upon awakening with my neck as well as a little longer sleep!! The pillow is very comfortable and very well-made, with great material. My husband says I snore less, or almost none at all. No more neck pain and fatigue in the morning. My breathing pauses have decreased significantly. So, I can and have already recommended the pillow to others.

Order was very efficient, package arrived in a timely fashion, and I'm sleeping like a baby. My upper cervical spine and bilateral numeral head osteoarthritis seem to be less painful and can't wait to see my CPAP Pulmonologist to see if my sleep apnea(failed sleep study) has improved since I wasn't aware of any symptoms while sleeping. I'm a widower so I don't know if I snore @ night as classical symptom. I only recall my wife waking me up telling me I was snoring on 2 occasions in our 50 yrs of marriage.
